The PUF panel transport cost from our factory is charged per truck, on actuals, and billed separately from the panel. On 25 September 2026 the live factory price board published fares from Kathua to fourteen hub cities for a 32 ft container truck, dated 23 Sept 2026: from ₹ 12,000 to Jammu to ₹ 75,000 to Mumbai. A full load of 50 mm roof panel is about 820 sqm at 32 ft panel length, so the Delhi NCR fare of ₹ 34,000 works out to about ₹ 41 per sqm on a full truck. The panel price it sits on top of was ₹ 1,269 per sqm on 23 Sep 2026 for the 50 mm roof panel with 0.5 / 0.3 mm sheets at the 3,000 sqm slab, ex-factory Kathua, GST and freight extra (factory prices on 23 Sep 2026).
PUF panel transport cost is per truck, not per sqm
A panel price per sqm is the same for every buyer. Freight is not: it depends on where the truck goes and how many sqm it carries, and the second depends on panel length. Folding freight into the rate would mean either one buyer paying for another's distance or a rate that changes with every drawing. So the panel price stops at the factory gate, and freight is its own line, charged per truck on the actual fare.
We dispatch to every state and union territory of India, by full truck. The truck size is chosen to suit the order.

Source: EasyPuf price board freight table, fares as of 23 Sept 2026, read 25 Sep 2026. Charged per truck, on actuals, separate from the panel. The per-sqm column is a worked example for a full load of 50 mm roof panel at 32 ft length; shorter panels carry fewer sqm.
Any destination not on the table is quoted per truck at booking.
How many sqm a truck carries
The board gives a full 32 ft container load per panel thickness, at 32 ft panel length:
| Panel | Full load (sqm) |
|---|---|
| Roof 30 / 50 / 80 / 100 mm | about 1,190 / 820 / 550 / 450 |
| Wall 40 / 50 / 60 / 80 / 100 mm | about 1,530 / 1,220 / 1,020 / 760 / 606 |
| PUF slab 40 / 50 / 60 / 80 mm | about 1,330 / 1,060 / 880 / 660 |

Thicker panels take more room, so the same fare spreads over fewer sqm. And the figures assume 32 ft panels; a 6 m panel stacks differently, and how many panels fit depends on length. That is why the loading plan, and the truck count, are confirmed with the order.
PUF panel price with transport: a worked line
2,500 sqm of 50 mm roof panel with 0.5 / 0.3 mm sheets, 32 ft lengths, to Delhi NCR.
| Line | Working | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Panel | 1,500 sqm slab; rate on 23 Sep 2026 ₹ 1,289 × 2,500 | ₹ 32,22,500 |
| Trucks | 2,500 ÷ about 820, rounded up | 4 |
| Freight | 4 × ₹ 34,000, fare as of 23 Sept 2026 | ₹ 1,36,000 |
| Freight per sqm, this order | ₹ 1,36,000 ÷ 2,500 | about ₹ 54 |
| GST | At the applicable rate | separate line |
Note the last truck: three full loads carry about 2,460 sqm, and the fourth carries the remaining 40 sqm at the full fare. Ordering 2,460 sqm, or filling the fourth truck, changes the freight per sqm more than anything else in the estimate.

Reading a freight quote from anyone
Whoever the supplier, a freight line is comparable only when four things are stated: the truck type, the fare, the date of the fare, and the load the fare is spread over. A "delivered" per-sqm rate with none of those cannot be checked against a fare table. Our board states all four, and the loading plan at booking settles the fifth, the truck count for your lengths.
Two habits keep the freight line sound in an estimate. Round trucks up, never down, and price the last truck as a full fare even when it is a part-load; and when the panel length on the drawing is much shorter than 32 ft, treat the full-load figure as a ceiling, not a count.
Frequently asked questions
What are the sandwich panel delivery charges from the factory?
Freight is charged per truck, on actuals. Fares to fourteen hub cities for a 32 ft container truck are on the price board with their date; other destinations are quoted per truck at booking.
Is freight included in the PUF panel price per sqm?
No. Every price is ex-factory Kathua. Freight is a separate line, per truck.
How many PUF panels fit in one truck?
It depends on thickness and length. At 32 ft panel length a 32 ft container carries about 820 sqm of 50 mm roof panel and about 1,220 sqm of 50 mm wall panel. The loading plan is confirmed with the order.
Do you deliver PUF panels to my state?
Yes, to every state and union territory of India, by full truck from Kathua.
