The fourth truck carries about 540 sqm, not 820; that is why the freight per sqm on the order is ₹ 45, not ₹ 41. An order of 3,280 sqm fills the fourth truck and lowers the figure.

The board names the hub as Delhi NCR and prices the fare to it. Where within the region the truck is going, and whether that changes the actual fare, is settled at booking, because freight is on actuals. A destination off the hub table is quoted per truck at booking.

The fare is the same; what changes is how many sqm ride on it. A freezer wall pays nearly twice the freight per sqm of a warehouse wall to the same site, and the estimate should carry that as its own line rather than as a blended "Delhi rate".
