A private label PUF panel is our standard panel with your brand and packaging applied on our line, for buyers who can commit to the volumes it needs. It is one of two ways to buy. The other, white label, is the regular supply: every panel ships with plain lamination and no branding, and you label it however you like. Both are the same panel, to the same published specification. On 23 September 2026 the 50 mm roof panel with 0.5 / 0.3 mm sheets — the panel either route starts from — was ₹ 1,269 per sqm at the 3,000 sqm slab, ex-factory Kathua, GST and freight extra (factory prices on 23 Sep 2026). Every panel and its rate is on the live factory price board.

White label sandwich panel: the regular supply
Every panel ships plain. The lamination is the protective film on the painted sheet, and ours carries nothing on it, so the panel can be sold on under any name — most re-sellers add their own sticker. How you sell it is your business, not ours. This is what almost every buyer takes, at the published rate, at the published slabs. Nothing to arrange.
Puf panel manufacturing for brands: private label
For a brand that wants the panel to arrive already carrying its name, private label puts your branding and packaging on our line. Three things the home page fixes about it:
- Your branding and packaging, applied by us. The panel leaves the factory as your product.
- The same published specification. The sheet, core, coating, width and colour are the lines on the product page. A private-label panel is not a different panel.
- Higher minimum volumes apply. The site gives no figure; the volume is discussed when you ask about private label.
The specification staying fixed is the point. A brand putting its name on the panel is putting it on 0.5 mm TCT sheet, a 40 kg/m³ core and a 20 µ multi-coat finish, and can say so.
OEM PUF panel: what the rate is built on
Whichever way you buy, the panel underneath is priced per sqm, per volume slab, ex-factory Kathua, GST and freight extra.
| Panel, 3,000 sqm slab, 23 Sep 2026 | Thicker sheets (₹/sqm) | 0.3 / 0.3 mm (₹/sqm) |
|---|---|---|
| Roof 30 mm | 1,111 | 951 |
| Roof 50 mm | 1,269 | 1,106 |
| Wall 50 mm | 1,284 | 1,007 |
| Wall 100 mm | 1,744 | 1,465 |

Who this is for
Trading firms and re-sellers selling panels under their own name; PEB and cabin builders whose product is the building, not the panel; anyone who wants factory economics without a brand-building, retail-distribution or marketing layer in the price. We supply businesses at published slabs, by the lot, not the single sheet.
How a private label order runs
The process is the one every buyer follows, with the branding agreed first. The panel and slab are chosen from the board; the branding and packaging are agreed for the line; the volume is confirmed against the higher minimum; then payment books the production slot as it does for any order, and the panels come off the line already carrying the buyer's name. The specification printed on the product page is the specification the brand goes on to.
What does not change under a private label
The four numbers a buyer can check at the gate — sheet thickness per face in mm TCT, coating in microns, core density in kg/m³, chargeable width — are printed per panel and are the same whatever name is on the lamination. A brand selling a private-label panel can put those numbers on its own datasheet and they will be true of the panel delivered.
Frequently asked questions
Can I sell EasyPuf panels under my own brand?
Yes. White label: the panel ships plain and you label it. Private label: we apply your brand and packaging on our line, at higher volumes.
What is the minimum order for private label PUF panels?
Higher than the published slabs; the site gives no figure. Ask about private label.
Is a private label panel made to a different specification?
No. The same published specification; only the branding and packaging change.
Is there a dealer margin built into the white label price?
The published rate is one price per panel per slab for every buyer. What you sell the panel on for is your business.
