A volume slab is a minimum order quantity for one panel type in one order. The whole quantity is billed at the slab it reaches: 2,000 sqm is billed at the 1,500 sqm rate. On that date the 750 sqm trial slab was open only on the 0.5 / 0.5 mm version.

Two lines matter most for a wall. Chargeable width of 1.15 m is the width the sqm is measured on: a wall panel 6 m long bills as 6.9 sqm. Coverage of 1150 mm is the module: one joint every 1.15 m along a run, which is fewer joints than a narrower panel gives.
PUF panel for walls: 0.5 / 0.5 or 0.3 / 0.3 sheets
A wall panel is seen and touched from both sides, so both faces carry the same sheet. The difference between the two versions is the sheet on each face, and on 23 Sep 2026 that difference was ₹ 277 per sqm at the 3,000 sqm slab.
The project specification decides. Two practical points follow from the table of that date: an order below 1,500 sqm was possible only on the 0.5 / 0.5 mm version, through its trial slab; and the 0.3 / 0.3 mm version started at 1,500 sqm of that one panel in one order.
What is in the rate
The rate is ex-factory Kathua: the panel cut to the buyer's lengths, packed and loaded on the truck at the factory gate, with no handling charge, location premium or salesperson adjustment. GST is extra. Freight is charged per truck on actuals; a full 32 ft container load of 50 mm wall panel is about 1,220 sqm at 32 ft panel length, and shorter panels carry fewer sqm. Panels are made to order, so full payment books the production slot, and the earliest production date shown is a planned start, not a delivery promise.
