A PUF panel for warehouse work sits in the middle of the range: a 50 mm roof panel over the frame and a 50 or 60 mm wall panel on the elevations, insulated enough to take the heat off the floor without the foam depth a cold store needs. On 23 September 2026 the 50 mm roof panel with 0.5 / 0.3 mm sheets was ₹ 1,269 per sqm, the 50 mm wall panel with 0.5 / 0.5 mm sheets ₹ 1,284 and the 60 mm wall panel ₹ 1,372, at the 3,000 sqm slab, ex-factory Kathua, GST and freight extra (factory prices on 23 Sep 2026). Specification and today's rate: 50 mm roof panel specification.

PUF panel for warehouse: what the building asks of its skin

A warehouse is a large, mostly empty box that must stay dry, keep the sun off what is inside, and go up fast. The roof does the first two jobs; the wall does the third. Neither has to hold a temperature against the outside, which is why the middle of the range fits: the foam is there for comfort and condensation control, not refrigeration. The thickness the design calls for depends on what is stored and where; the designer sets it.

The profile stiffens the sheet across the purlin span and carries water down the slope; the 0.5 mm top sheet is the one that takes a boot during fixing.

Ten millimetres more foam cost ₹ 88 per sqm at the 3,000 sqm slab that day and about 200 sqm per truck.

50 m long, 25 m wide, 7 m to eaves, duo-pitch, each slope 13 m on the slope. Openings and trims left to the drawing.

GST at the applicable rate and freight per truck on actuals are separate lines. Two things a buyer can see from the table. The roof is 200 sqm short of the 1,500 sqm slab, where the rate was ₹ 20 per sqm lower; a longer overhang or a slightly larger footprint changes the slab. And the walls, in 60 mm, would have been ₹ 1,412 per sqm at the same slab, about ₹ 93,000 more on this building.

Warehouse PUF sheet price: the terms in one paragraph

The rate is ex-factory Kathua, the panel cut to length, packed and loaded at the gate. GST is extra; freight is per truck on actuals, with fares to hub cities published. A slab applies to one panel type in one order, so roof and wall reach their slabs separately. Panels are made to order and full payment books the production slot; the earliest production date shown is a planned start, not a delivery promise.

Frequently asked questions

Which PUF panel thickness is used for a warehouse?
The designer sets it from the use of the building. In our range the 50 mm roof panel and the 50 or 60 mm wall panel sit in the middle; cold stores use 80 and 100 mm.

What is the warehouse PUF sheet price per sq ft?
We price and bill per sqm. The figure on 23 Sep 2026 for the 50 mm roof panel with 0.5 / 0.3 mm sheets was ₹ 1,269 per sqm — about ₹ 118 per sq ft. The conversion is for reference only; the invoice is per sqm.

How many PUF panels for a warehouse roof?
Eave length ÷ 1.00 m per slope, rounded up, × slopes. Area = panels × slope length × 1.00 m.

Can I order the roof and walls together to reach 3,000 sqm?
No. Roof and wall are separate panel types; each reaches its own slab.
