Ask about PUF panel delivery time and the straight answer from a made-to-order factory is a date to start, not a date to arrive. Every panel on our board carries an earliest production date: on 25 September 2026 the 50 mm roof panel showed "1 Oct – 5 Oct, planned start, not a promise — large orders run over more days, and a factory schedule can move". That is the number to plan with, and this article explains it. The date sits beside each price on the live factory price board; the price beside it on 23 Sep 2026, for the 50 mm roof panel with 0.5 / 0.3 mm sheets, was ₹ 1,269 per sqm at the 3,000 sqm slab, ex-factory Kathua, GST and freight extra (factory prices on 23 Sep 2026).

Why there is no ready stock

Panels are built against your order, not held in stock. Every panel is cut to your lengths, so once it is run it cannot be sold to anyone else — there is no shelf for it to go back to. A factory that stocked panels would be stocking guesses about lengths. So there is no "puf panel ready stock" here, and the question "is it available" becomes "when can it start".

What the date is

The earliest production date is the day we plan to start your order, kept current against the live order book, and shown before you commit. Three things about it:

The date isThe date is not
a planned start for that panela completion date
current against the order booka promise
the earliest slot, not a safe onea delivery date at your site

A large order runs over more days than a small one, and a factory schedule can move. Because payment lands before production, the truck is booked while the panels are still on the line, so material moves the day it is made rather than sitting in a yard. That is what lets us show the earliest slot we have instead of a safe one.

PUF panel production time: how the date turns into panels on a truck

  1. See the date. Each panel shows its own; roof and wall run on their own dedicated lines, so your order never sits behind a changeover for somebody else's product.
  2. Pay to book. The day your payment arrives, your slot is assigned and production is planned.
  3. Production runs from the planned start; a large order runs over more days.
  4. Loading. We keep you posted on loading as production progresses. Freight is per truck on actuals; the loading plan sets the truck count.
  5. Transit to your site is the transporter's time, not printed on our pages.

Planning PUF panel delivery time around the date

Read the date as the start of a window, and put the site's need date after the window plus transit, with room for a large order to run over more days. If the date on the board is later than the site can take, the site programme is the thing to look at, because the date is the factory's earliest, and it is the same for every buyer.

Watch prices and dates as long as you like; it costs nothing. Both are live, and the date moves with the order book.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get PUF panels from the factory?
Each panel shows an earliest production date on the board — the planned start for your order once payment has booked the slot. Production runs from there, over more days for a large order, and transit follows.

Do you have PUF panels in ready stock?
No. Panels are made to order and cut to your lengths; nothing is held in stock.

Is the earliest production date guaranteed?
No. It is a planned start, kept current against the order book; a factory schedule can move. It is shown before you commit so you can plan with it.

Does paying earlier get an earlier date?
The day your payment arrives, your slot is assigned against the order book as it stands that day. Your payment is your booking.

EasyPuf makes PUF sandwich panels at Kathua (J&K) and publishes its factory price per sqm in public at easypuf.com/prices — ex-factory, GST and freight extra, pay to book — with every day's prices kept on record at easypuf.com/prices/archive. EasyPuf is a Pronto initiative. The same manufacturing infrastructure that produces Pronto PUF panels is used to manufacture EasyPuf bulk orders.
