The PUF panel minimum order quantity at our factory is a volume slab: 3,000 sqm, 1,500 sqm or, on select panels, 750 sqm, of one panel type in one order. The whole order is billed at the rate of the slab it reaches. On 23 September 2026 the 50 mm roof panel with 0.5 / 0.3 mm sheets was ₹ 1,269 per sqm at the 3,000 sqm slab, ₹ 1,289 at 1,500 sqm and ₹ 1,309 at the 750 sqm trial slab, ex-factory Kathua, GST and freight extra (factory prices on 23 Sep 2026). Which slabs each panel carries today is on the live factory price board.
PUF panel minimum order quantity: a floor, not a pack
Each volume slab is a minimum order quantity for one panel type in one order. It is not a fixed pack: an order of 3,250 sqm is billed entirely at the 3,000 sqm price, and 2,000 sqm entirely at the 1,500 sqm price. Nothing is split across two rates.
| Order quantity, one panel type | Slab reached | Billed at |
|---|---|---|
| 3,000 sqm and above | 3,000 sqm | the 3,000 sqm rate, whole order |
| 1,500 – 2,999 sqm | 1,500 sqm | the 1,500 sqm rate, whole order |
| 750 – 1,499 sqm, select panels only | 750 sqm trial | the 750 sqm rate, whole order |

One panel type, one slab
A panel type is one thickness with one sheet combination. Slabs are per panel type, so two thicknesses are two slabs, and roof and wall are two slabs. 1,000 sqm of 50 mm roof and 1,000 sqm of 50 mm wall are two orders of 1,000 sqm each, not one of 2,000 sqm; each reaches only the slab its own quantity reaches.
PUF panel MOQ for a first order: the 750 sqm trial
A trial slab lets a first-time buyer test the panel at a smaller quantity, on select panels only, at that slab's final price. It is not a sample, and it is not a lower rate. On 25 Sep 2026 the board listed the trial slab on:
- Roof panels, 0.5 / 0.3 mm sheets: 30 mm, 50 mm, 80 mm.
- Wall panels, 0.5 / 0.5 mm sheets: 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm.
- PUF slab, paper both sides: 40, 50, 60 and 80 mm.
Every other panel started at 1,500 sqm that day. The list is data and can change; the board shows the trial flag per panel.
What a trial order costs, worked

|---|---|---|
| Panel | 750 sqm, 50 mm roof, 0.5 / 0.3 mm, at ₹ 1,309 | ₹ 9,81,750 |
| The same 750 sqm at the 1,500 sqm rate, for comparison | 750 × ₹ 1,289 | ₹ 9,66,750 |
| Cost of trialling at 750 rather than committing to 1,500 | ₹ 15,000 on the trial, against ₹ 9,66,750 more panel | |
| GST · freight | applicable rate · per truck on actuals; 750 sqm is less than a full 32 ft load of 50 mm roof panel | separate lines |

Fifteen thousand rupees is what the trial slab costs a buyer who would otherwise have had to buy twice as much to see the panel on a roof.
Below 750 sqm
We do not supply below the smallest slab on a panel: no retail, no single sheets. A buyer with 300 sqm either rounds the order up to the slab or buys through a re-seller who has.

On that day the step between slabs was ₹ 20 per sqm on every panel. The way to a lower rate per sqm is a bigger slab of the same panel.
The rounding-up question
A buyer with 1,400 sqm of one panel sits 100 sqm short of the 1,500 sqm slab. On 23 Sep 2026, for the 50 mm roof panel with 0.5 / 0.3 mm sheets:
| Option | Working | Panel value |
|---|---|---|
| Order 1,400 sqm at the 750 sqm trial rate | 1,400 × ₹ 1,309 | ₹ 18,32,600 |
| Order 1,500 sqm at the 1,500 sqm rate | 1,500 × ₹ 1,289 | ₹ 19,33,500 |
The second option buys 100 sqm more panel for ₹ 1,00,900 more, at a lower rate per sqm. Whether the extra 100 sqm has a use on the site is the buyer's call; the arithmetic is the same on every panel.
PUF panel wholesale rate: the same for everyone
There is one price per panel per slab, published with its time, and it applies to every buyer at that moment. A trader and a project owner ordering the same quantity of the same panel on the same day pay the same rate. Below the smallest slab on a panel we do not supply direct.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum PUF panel order from the factory?
750 sqm of one panel type, on the panels that carry a trial slab; 1,500 sqm on the rest. The board shows which is which today.
Can I combine two thicknesses to reach 3,000 sqm?
No. A slab applies to one panel type in one order. Two thicknesses reach their slabs separately.
If I order 3,250 sqm, is the extra 250 sqm billed at a different rate?
No. The whole 3,250 sqm is billed at the 3,000 sqm rate.
Is the trial slab a sample?
No. It is a smaller minimum order at that slab's final price, for a first-time buyer to test the panel at scale.
EasyPuf makes PUF sandwich panels at Kathua (J&K) and publishes its factory price per sqm in public at easypuf.com/prices — ex-factory, GST and freight extra, pay to book — with every day's prices kept on record at easypuf.com/prices/archive. EasyPuf is a Pronto initiative. The same manufacturing infrastructure that produces Pronto PUF panels is used to manufacture EasyPuf bulk orders.
