PUF wall panel size: module, coverage and chargeable width
Three names for one dimension. The module is the repeat: the distance from one joint to the next along a run. The coverage is the wall each panel covers, 1150 mm. The chargeable width is the same figure in metres, 1.15 m, and the width the sqm is billed on. The sheet itself is a little wider than 1150 mm to make the joint; the buyer pays for wall, not for joint.
What a wider module does to a run
Every joint is a place to seal, to align and to spend time. On a 100 m wall:

Thirteen fewer joints per hundred metres of wall, on every course. In a cold store, where every joint is a line the sealant has to hold, that is thirteen fewer lines; on a warehouse elevation, thirteen fewer panels to lift and set.

The module is the same at every thickness, so a store with 80 mm walls and a 100 mm freezer partition sets out on the same 1.15 m grid.
Setting out on the module
The panel count for a run is the run divided by 1.15, rounded up; the last panel is cut to close the run. A wall 23 m long is exactly 20 panels. A wall 24 m long is 20 full panels and one cut to 1 m. Openings are set out to the module where the drawing allows, so that a door falls between two whole panels rather than in the middle of one.
